At just 13 years old, Luke Thiull from Iowa is not your typical teenager. The little house measures about 89 square feet and is 10 feet in length, with a width of 5 ½ feet. While it has electricity, plumbing is yet to be installed. Luke embraced minimalism and aimed to live without the burden of a huge mortgage.
